I am working with Bupa ANZ as a Senior UX Designer in the SmartResponse Team and have been in the position since early 2022.
This team is responsible for the Know-it platform, affectionally known as “Bupa’s Google”.
This product is a knowledge-base of Bupa’s products and policies that is used daily by Bupa staff when engaging with customers.
